I'll go with Holmes by a close decision if its 12 or a late stoppage if it were scheduled for 15. But only if he is absolutely 100% and doesn't get careless or sloppy like he did against Snipes and Shavers. The Mike Tyson of 1988 was a very formidable champion and one that even the greatest fighters would have to be at their very best to beat.
