Re: Liverpool RBR
So far tonight my scorecards read 10-7, 80-71, 70-63 and 70-62, what a competitive show.
Re: Liverpool RBR
Is this the worst Eddie Hearn show so far?

Re: Liverpool RBR
So far, definitely. They had an xmas special, but Purdy's loss stopped it being a night of home wins. This looks like being a run out for all the Matchroom lads, nothing else.Horse wrote:Is this the worst Eddie Hearn show so far?
Re: Liverpool RBR
Probably not. Anyway, we have prizefighter next month, so we should remember how lucky we are to be watching proper boxingHorse wrote:Is this the worst Eddie Hearn show so far?
Re: Liverpool RBR
definitely its been a good few months as well but this is a woeful show.Horse wrote:Is this the worst Eddie Hearn show so far?

I think Paul could of been 23/24 and absolutely at his best and he still wouldnt be good enough. He's only 31 now as it is!JimJim2009 wrote:Laughed out loud at thatcolumbo wrote:I dont think it would matter what stageJimJim2009 wrote:Smith's best chance of a world title fight at this stage of his career is to keep fighting fit and hope a challenger withdraws, and he gets the job as a replacement at late notice.

Nowt wrong with Prizefighter, I don't get those who knock it ?expe wrote:Probably not. Anyway, we have prizefighter next month, so we should remember how lucky we are to be watching proper boxingHorse wrote:Is this the worst Eddie Hearn show so far?
Re: Liverpool RBR
Every time Fielding pushes Adamu's head down, Steve Gray warns Adamu for leading with the head, I swear he's on Matchroom's payroll.

I prefer 'proper' boxing myself.JimJim2009 wrote:Nowt wrong with Prizefighter, I don't get those who knock it ?expe wrote:Probably not. Anyway, we have prizefighter next month, so we should remember how lucky we are to be watching proper boxingHorse wrote:Is this the worst Eddie Hearn show so far?

Brook was doing the same thing with the pushing.expe wrote:Every time Fielding pushes Adamu's head down, Steve Gray warns Adamu for leading with the head, I swear he's on Matchroom's payroll.

A few ideas just merged - a show in Liverpool, where all the home fighters will win, crap titles up for grabs all the time (that's a general comment about silly titles, I don't mean tonight), and I thought it would be funny if a visiting fighter who had one of those titles came into the ring with a mocked up belt - instead of the silver or gold circle in the middle of the belt, there was a hubcap. To wind up the Scousers...

I think that is his exact job. He talks shite, and the ex-boxer sat next to him provides the facts and analysis. He is probably a lovely fella but he is an embarrassment. He reads too much into things. If a bird glanced at him in a bar he'd tell his mates she definitely fancied him and rampant sex is now inevitable.columbo wrote:Halling is like a bloody Propaganda machine! Re: Liverpool RBR
Undoubtedly the worst Matchroom show in a long while. But we did know this before the evening started. We knew it at the start of the week.expe wrote:So far tonight my scorecards read 10-7, 80-71, 70-63 and 70-62, what a competitive show.
Re: Liverpool RBR
Robles put up a better showing in terms of sticking in there than I thought he was. This fight is bloody dire though.jameswilson wrote:Undoubtedly the worst Matchroom show in a long while. I think it was Black Sam Bellamy who said/posted weeks ago you can already pick all the winners on this show. He was spot on.jameswilson wrote:Undoubtedly the worst Matchroom show in a long while. Re: Liverpool RBR
Does Tony Bellew still come on here and post ? Not sure what he'll make of the hubcap belt in the morning ?!
Re: Liverpool RBR
I dont it's even that though. The fights are SO uncompetitive that it's putting me to sleep.JimJim2009 wrote:I think it was Black Sam Bellamy who said/posted weeks ago you can already pick all the winners on this show.
