I wanna see Degale-Groves 2. Couldnt give a toss about Froch-Degale personally.

Yep, better fight and plenty of edge to it. Wont happen but I would also quite fancy DeGale/Kessler

Golovkin either in Vegas or at MSG would be my choice.

Yeah that would be great too although i'd fear a little for Carl's health in that fight. Even in victory.

Chavez would be a great fight battle of Braun!!!
& I'd like to see him raise his profile further & set up a fight with ward, it's what he wants!

As already stated, id like to see froch get his wish of a vegas fight vs chavez, no point going after ward because hes not going to win that one.

assuming he gets past chavez, which isnt a certainty, then he should come home to nottingham and fulfil another of his wishes by boxing at the city ground vs de gale followed by retirement, although that might take some negotiation due to the fact they couldnt really use the city ground until after the footy season is over, and de gale is supposed to challenge for belt by no later than march 1st

it's interesting, all right. is degale willing to take step aside? will the IBF give froch an extension? was degale v gonzalez a "final eliminator" (i.e. will he have to fight another elim)?

british boxing just had a high. it doesn't get better. a degale fight has potential, but surely not yet. it's the first time he's looked world class, sharp, etc.

chavez jr sounds like a great showcase. there will be action, froch should get the better of it, and there's the chance of PPV success in Britain and America.

how about getting ward over here? froch just had a spectacular win on a huge stage. froch's improvements (following sound gameplans for bute, Kessler 2 & groves 2) especially in rematches, plus home advantage - less chance of ward getting away with fouls and smothering tactics - make it a fight with potential...froch has had an amazing run with the IBF title - how about giving a massive effort?

golovkin's a sensational offensive battle vs a guy "now trending" on the US scene.

"The reason that Andre Ward is never chucked in the mix is because the American TV broadcasters aren't really excited about him. He's going through a big promotional dispute at the minute. He's a very, very good fighter and he beat me fair and square, he outpointed me. But he's messy, he's up close, he's awkward. He really is a bit of a spoiler.
He's not somebody I'd be excited about getting in the ring with," Froch told Sky Sports News.

I really hope it's not Kessler 3. No need for that at all.

Even with the sky hype it would have less appeal even than Fury V Chisora 2 (how many tickets are sold for that?)

Unless Kessler is in Denmark, where it would be huge, I see no point in a third for Froch.

I would go Chavez in Vegas, which would be a tougher fight than most seem to think.

Stay away from Golovkin. He would moider Froch in a one sided demolotion.

What I think Carl will do is fight Chavez in Vegas, but by using his name is he giving too much to chave in the negotiations?

Then possibly fight degale mid may at te city ground and then bow out after leaving degale in similar state as groves.

Ward is the only man to have beaten him, but ward isn't a crowd puller here or the states so its all on Carl to sell the fight and ward will want to much, plus he has legal disputes so I think that will go to the wayside.

He is overlooking degale for now, maybe Eddie if Vegas happens gets James out on the undercard against another top level SMW or even have a dual show Carl over there James headlining here against Kessler maybe.

I would like to see him take on bika and hold 3/4 belts.

But Vegas is his aim, degale is not in his league says froch so that's not happening.

Kessler?

He has 1 belt and Bika has 1, 1+1 does not = 3

I thought Froch had 2 belts - the IBF and the WBA and Bika had 1 - the WBC? 2 + 1 = 3 at least when I was at school.

Andre Ward is the WBA champion, same situation as Quigg and McDonnell. Brian Magee was awarded the vacant regular title, Kessler beat him for it, Froch beat Kessler for it, all while Ward continued to hold the super title.

I dont begrudge Carl any fight he takes at this point aslong as it's not a complete farce. Chavez jnr wont be a complete walk in the park either. He can match and possibly even beat Froch for his chin so it would be interesting.

He should fight Ward but the interview with Sky Sports News basically says he isn't bothered about him

With that in mind. Chavez in Vegas. Has to accept co-headlining though as its not big enough as a headliner by itself

It could probably headline, but it wouldn't be on PPV, even if it is, I don't think he'll get paid loads, Martinez only got $1.4 million.

I've said it before and I'l say it again Carl Froch needs to be chasing down Andre Ward. This is the only man rated above him. Forget all the Ward worshipping, if Froch doesn't go after that re-match he will regret it when he retires. If he did beat Ward his legacy would be complete and it puts him on another level still, if he doesn't he gave it every ounce he had and will have absolutely no regrets.

The other fights are pointless for me.
