Maidana's team claim a couple of changes they will make will be to come in lighter and fight more from a distance to improve accuracy. If true, I think it is a mistake. Maidana not only will lose his ability to bully Floyd to the ropes, but more distance is exactly what Floyd wants. I also wonder if the lower weight will adversely affect his stamina. They call it a weight advantage for a reason.

I think the key to what Floyd changes is improved footwork to increase his lateral movement, and throwing more combinations and over-all being busier. I also think he will go to the body a bit more early.

The unknown factor is what the ref allows as far as illegal tactics, as that was a major reason the first fight was close in the first 3 or 4 rounds. I see Floyd winning something like 10-2 or late stoppage.
