SKY PPV financial question???

Here's a question: why did Sky stop doing PPV after the Haye v Harrison debacle? I suspect the decision was driven by credibility issues rather than financial. That being the case, it's odd that they would go down the PPV route for a domestic card that would typically be on Fight Night.

They didn't - Haye vs Klitschko was on PPV as well. In reality, PPV wasn't gone very long - it just took a short holiday until Froch started building a proper fanbase.

There will have been 2no PPV's this year.

I forecast both will set new Sky records.

1) All time most sales

2) All time least sales

I'm sure they can deduce that a great fight will always do ten times the sales, than ten times the 'names' but no great fight.

I don't think this will do too bad, the names will appeal to people and the main event will get people interested.
