Possibly recent agreement and guide hasn't been updated. Wait & see I guess.
Fox Sports does from time to time juggle shows at short notice between 501/2/3/5/6

Might have to keep off the boards now until 9.30pm

Don't want people to spoil the inevitable outcome for me :DD

Vargas by TKO 8. Will was floored, but Ref didn't apply the count, therefore TKO. Willy should be proud of his effort, given opponent's experience, he showed extreme intestinal fortitude

Just my opinion here but perhaps Will should look at resurrecting his career back home. Pick up a regional belt back here and get himself back in the mix for another shot at the top.

Will must now wait for Dib to lose so they can both pick up some superannuation.
It's now clear that despite his massive heart, Will does not have the tools to hang with the best in his division.
The ref was the only one with enough concern for Wills health. It was pretty clear after the 7th round that it was going to end ugly.

No one doubts Will's courage but it looks like he's being thrown to the wolves.
He's got a nice tidy resume.
Should give it away and enjoy his retirement.
No point going down the Katsidis pathway.

Let's see how he goes at 135 hardly think he should retire yet. He may never be elite but he is a exciting young fighter who could be involved in some action packed, fan friendly fights. Vargas was a step too far at the moment.

Sadly the outcome was never in doubt from the start as Vargas threw the stronger and sharper punches as he built up a big points lead. Will's face was battered and bruised and Vargas rarely looked in trouble despite a nasty cut from an accidental head clash.

In the 6th round Will put in his best round and hopes were raised. But they were soon dashed as it turned out that Vargas was taking a breather, and in the 7th came out and started pummelling Will, who absorbed a lot of punishment before being knocked down with the ref steppig in to wave it away.

Where to now for Will? Maybe a money fight with the Dibster, but Will cuts very easily so he'll need a bit of a spell to repair the damage caused by Vargas.

Will is a tough kid, just saw the replay, but like most Aussie fighters, they build up good resumes but sadly are well below the level that excels at world class.

Basically the boxing system is broken in this country
