This is nothing new for Manny to get cramps, I've read that this is one of the symptoms of using PEDS (not saying he is, especially since he's being randomly tested) but this isn't any new news.

It could be that Pacquiao is pushing himself to the point past exhaustion and being drained of fluids could lead to cramping or Charlie horses developing.

I don't think I showed any concern for the issue with Manny having cramps & what not. I think I showed a boredom with Freddie talking to the media daily about how his poop looked that morning. I've stated in many threads Freddie is a bigger attention whore then Roger & Floyd Sr. Thats all I was going at him over for the most part.
