How many pro fights can a boxer have before returning to ams

I'm sure this came up recently but I'm sure it was regarding Americans, does anyone know about the UK? :TU:

Think it's either 3 or 5, definitely no more than that.

Cheers expe,my mates had 2 fights and is thinking about going bak to ams but he's under the impression he cant

AIBA Rule

2.2.2.1.3. Any Boxer who has competed professionally in any Individual Physical Contact
Sport will not be eligible to compete in any AIBA Competition at any level

I would imagine a decent lawyer could drive a coach and horses through this?
