Luis Ortiz may have a fearsome reputation to some, but his form doesn't live up to the hype and his anonymity will prevent him from being considered for marquee bouts.
Hearn will probably try to match him up against another Dave Allen type fighter in order to build up his British fan base and to keep him active.
However, if the underperforming Cuban starts demanding big payday opportunities, even though his fights are so tedious they can make a glass eye go to sleep, then he may end up getting released by Matchroom.

I could see quite a long layoff before he fights again to be honest.

Given his current tragectory, maybe Michael Sprott, or maybe the war machine will come out of retirement for him.

frustrating how fast from early 2016 to now his quality level dropped.
wounder if its age, or him moving to england and signing with matchroom had an affect on him, maybe stress searching for a new house etc., neverthless he still one of the best. put him in the ring with a big name and when he beat him, than he should face joshua/klitschko winner
put him in there with parker, he also underperformed, not even looking impressiv against a small chubby guy

Whyte, chisora, wilder, David price would be funny, hughie fury, anybody with balls big enough to step in, gotta be top 10 fighters from here on in though realistically.. I think Hearn signed him so that he could keep him away from Joshua for a while, the rest are free game!
