GGG vs Who now!?

Post by Jip »

he had a close fight against jacobs, some called the knock down and had ggg by points, some said jacobs did enough to win and some like me who rewatched the fight concentrated had it 115:115

whats next?

news is that there is big money on the table over in kazahkstan, probably a billionere oligarch and that GGG could face saunders in KS, which would make sense, than he would have all titles. yet still with only 12 kos saunders is prety weak and it would be more of a sparring than anything, but 4 titles is 4 titles, super achievemant!

than there is the winner if chavez canelo.

and obviously jacobs II

me personly id go for canelo, people have waited long enough and end of 2017 would be a great finish to an already great boxing year
with GGG vs Canelo

I had it a very close fight, with GGG just edging it, just. I'd like a rematch. I think he'd do far better, less head hunting, less juice on his shots, more pacing himself early on. Jacobs boxed to win rounds rather than really damage him, if Golovkin adopts that, concentrating on just plain landing shots, he should win a clearer decision or eventually break Jacobs down and get a stoppage.

I'd most want to see GGG-Canelo, but I think Saunders is the most likely opponent of those listed.

because of 4 titles and not much danger of getting hurt?

Get that last title from BJS then I don't care what he does. He's achieved what he set out to do

Then he can have his Canelo payday and the Jacobs rematch that will make him a very wealthy man (and hopefully win both)

But he's probably on the slide (still the best 160lb fighter on the planet) so like to see him get the final piece of the jigsaw then worry about the last couple of massive paydays
