Always thought Miguel Cotto was above average.
His level of opponent throughout was good.

Mayweather
Pacquiao
Alvarez
Mosley
Margarito
Martinez
Torres
Geale
Corley
Mayorga
Malignaggi
Bazan
Trout
Quintana

41-6
33 K0's

Taking all I know about him into account he comes nowhere close to being called the most over rated boxer in history.

Who is that "most" picking Ali ? Any names/quotes ? Most thought that this was a cherry pick by Cotto dragging an opponent from a lower weight class.
You're highly confused.
Am I also confused about Cotto having been -1000 betting favorite?

Yeah that one gets the revisionist history treatment around here. I do remember picking Cotto to win by decision at the time of the fight having been swayed by your argument about Serg's knee, I was initially favoring Martinez, but the more I thought about it I could see Cotto giving him problems. I didn't expect him to run through him as he did though.

When I knew this would be a wipeout from watching "Martinez vs Cotto 24/7" on TV... They never showed Martinez sparring, jumping rope, running, or doing the usual... and his knees were hidden from view and heavily wrapped -- like Michael Spinks' knees for the Tyson fight.

The biggest revelation was when they filmed Martinez getting up in the morning and heading for the bathroom -- which is the first thing you do in the morning because you usually need to take a whiz.. He had nothing but boxers on and walked to the bathroom like he was 90 years old.

Yeah, maybe you were drunk during those MONTHS.

People were picking Martinez on the ASSUMPTION he was healed.
You just realized he wasn't healed.
