Most hopeless fighter around

Post by glahn »

Check this guy out...

Is there a more hopeless record on boxrec than that? I mean, I know there are fighters with 70 & 80+ losses on their record, but usually even they've won a few.

Oh, and his next fight is against a guy who was beaten by Michael Monaghan. :o

There's a guy from portugal called Carlos Rocha Tomar.

His record is worse, but at least he has a draw.

Just because these guys are losing doesn't mean they are 'hopeless'... without guys like Strickland boxing would die... it takes real guts to be a journeyman...

Is there something about the name Strickland? Or are those two actually related to Reggie, making them the most talentless boxing family of all time? Just curious!

Btw, I'm not ragging on journeymen or anything, I agree that they're a vital part of the sport, I just find this kind of thing funny.

Check this guy's record.

http://www.boxrec.com/boxer_display.php?boxer_id=4914

He has a few wins but every loss is by stoppage and the majority are inside the first 2 rounds.

Read the wiki biography on him. A bit of an eye opener....

Do you have the link to that? I can't seem to find it.

That is a bizarre record, either way.
