Kovalev at the moment, but possibly Bivol. Bivol definitely shows a lot of promise, and has performed exceptionally well up to this point.

kovalev still looks good to me but hes getting to the ages where some less proven guys may actually be better and have more left, but just havent been able to show it at the highest level yet

prime 4 prime i was most impressed by adonis but the question is right now

Kovalev and Stevenson are almost done.

Beterbiev and Bivol are the future.

Kovalev has performed better than Adonis has ever shown more than once.

not as confident in beterbiev as bivol. beterbiev seems slow and wild and one dimensional and without subtly. very strong but not sure his power will keep doing it at the best level where guys bring skill and power

bivol looking more complete

Hard to say. Everybody has a belt, and they all can punch. One thing that sucks about the division is there's no solidarity and there won't be anytime soon. I'd say Kovalev but his stamina is truly shit.

Dawson never got his mojo back after the loss to Andre Ward, but yes that's definitely Adonis' best win. The win over Bellew is great too. Cloud ended his career on a piss poor run, and Adonis was one stop in the middle of that, but yeah it's a good win.

Kovalev's wins over Pascal and Hopkins are better than any of Stevenson's wins though, and I think the win over Cleverly is right there with the rest.

Hell his "Losing effort" in the 1st Ward fight was a higher level of skill than I believe Stevenson is capable of showing.

Bivol just got the best win of the division at the moment. Kovalev still has more depth, though. Stevenson/Jack winner will be #2 imo.

I'd probably say:

1. Kovalev
2. Bivol
3. Stevenson
4. Jack
5. Beterbiev
6. Gvozdyk
7. Alvarez
8. Browne
9. Barrera
10. Hooper

Hard for me to say Barrera should be under Hooper or Murat given that he's a better fighter than both H2H. Man, the division is pretty damn hot right now. Top 6 are so damn interchangeable. Hard to really say one is better than the other.

I think we know Alvarez and Browne's level, though. I don't think either will get past the level of bottom 10 contender.

ya, the division is super hot and up for grabs

would be great for the next wbss as long as they included the big names and avoided a 168 repeat

Kovalev is a better fighter than Ward and Stevenson period.... Ward quit because the division is too tough for him.

Man, Bivol really showed him up. Beat the best version of Barrera and in better fashion.

i think kov would beat barrera better then ward did too though tbh . ward stepped it up when it mattered most

but yes bivol was beating barrera wider and stopped him, so there is a minor outdoing of ward there

Kovalev by a mile. Even without his power he would be the best - but his power is ATG levels, he must be one of the p4p hardest hitters I've ever seen.

that division is stacked. love this division. id go with that Gvozdyk, Kovalev and Beterbiev. they must feed these russians
and ukrainians raw meat. man are they savage.
that stevenson is a disgrace to boxing. time for him to take out the tampon and fight someone.
