Overreaching by chasing bigger weight belts (and bigger money) is the only way he looks like he can be beaten in the short term. He's pushing the envelopes of the sport and nothing like him has been seen recently, if ever.
In the long term there's always that unbeatable opponent - Father Time - but right now he's every opponents nightmare.

As others have said, I think it'd take a Salido type. Push him back as much as possible and punch with him. Anyone who stands off gets baffled by his feints, then comes the foot movement, then he's punching your face in and you don't know where they're coming from. Much easier said than done though, and I think 99% of people would back Loma in a rematch against Salido.
