His opponent was useless, and did you see that combination he did where almost every shot missed? It was absolutely hilarious seeing the commentators trying to spin it like it was anything but ineffective offense.
Not even sure if he beats Broner. I don't see anything other than an average fighter with a list of journeyman and one notable opponent in Dulorme on his resume.
I'm absolutely confident he'd beat Broner. His opponent obviously wasn't a world beater, but he's displayed his skills in several fights. He's a good fighter. Maybe not the best of the best, but worthy of a title shot nonetheless.
And yes I saw that combination. Several of those shots landed. Not sure what combination you were looking at.

How fûckin fat was Gervonta Davis last night
I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed. I mentioned this twice in the RBR thread.
Shocking mate!
After seeing that it's definitely no surprise why he missed weight at 130. I won't be surprised if he fails to make 135 at some point either. He had to be at least 180.

My wife said “That’s a guy? He looks like a woman”
One of my close mates was a Scottish champion boxer when we were all in school together (as was I and a couple more of my mates). Now he looks like a fuckin riot! He's proper done in! He looks like a wee chubby hamster! Any of his crap and you'd think you'd slap him! Thing is, you couldn't though! He's a hard dude! Can look after himself!
Thurman is still talking 2-3 easy opponents until he comes back to the top level. Considering he isn't even lined up for anyone yet, I think we can safely leave him out if the mix for 2018 to mid 2019.
