The Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam is sold out by Rico Verhoeven, who's defending the Glory World title in kickboxing on saturday against the current Glory number two of the world.
Unlike in boxing, in Glory kickboxing the best still fight the best.
Rico Verhoeven and Tyson Fury used to train each other up to the top of the world before the Klitschko fight, Rico is still on top of the world and has been for all those years. Won't be surprised if you recognize some Fury members before or after the match in or around the ring.
The 261 pound Rico Verhoeven promises a lot of firework, his 248 pound opponent Guto Inocente (what a name!) thinks he will KO Rico.
I strongly advise to watch this if you like a good fight, the average level is a lot higher compared to boxing, most of the kickboxing champions also easely achieve the world top in boxing (Povetkin, the Klitschko brothers, Whyte, Miller, Nieky Holzken, Tyrone Spong, and many others).
