Top 10 heavyweights who haven't used Ped so far are wilder, Pulev and parker. I am 100% sure that druged version of povetkin was so brutal that could KOed Anthony joushua. Pulev in an interview complained about povetkin being on PED long time, its on youtube.

“Haven’t used” and “haven’t been caught” should not be used interchangeably.

So which of 3 heavyweights " haven't bern caught" ?
I think wilder could be on PED before, that's why he us losing muscles.

I’m not sure what you’re asking. None of the three you posted have been caught, but that doesn’t mean they haven’t used as your original post said.

Because humans aren't meant to simultaneously be ripped and weigh 250 pounds. Calorie partitioning and hormonal pathways don't really allow that to be very possible. Go look at the drug-free heavyweight bodybuilders at the top of the WNBF standings, like Kendahl Richmond, Alastair Stewart, and Francesco Paleari. They're super small compared to Anthony Joshua; and they're basically the top of the natural bodybuilding heavyweight division. You basically can't have Pacquiao / Mayweather levels of leanness once you get above the SMW / LHW division (and don't forget these guys weigh 175 - 190 pounds before they cut water weight).

Miller was probably so convinced of Joshua using PED's and beating tests that he was certain he could do it too.

you have to assess these things on a case by case basis, for example Whyte failing for jacked 3d (pre work out drink) compared to EPO for Miller is vast!

Exactly. I don’t think of Whyte as a drug cheat, he was simply careless. The same as an athlete who uses the same brand of nasal spray they use st home only to find the active ingredient in another country is different and on the banned list.

yes pal but some people rush to conclusions very quickly, but Miller was taking a buffet of drugs (Endurobol + HGH + EPO) slightly scary when you think about how powerful these drugs are!

..although I agree in principle one has to evaluate them on a case-by-case basis, I just don't buy this "carelessness" excuse by the top professional athletes..

In Major League Baseball, the drug policy is draconian. Every player is responsible for what goes into their own systems and the league provides a list of banned substances fairly often. Carelessness is not an excuse. You get caught, and they follow the protocol.

Problem is you don't have one 'master' sanctioning body so until that happens, we're SOL.
