Laugh Riot
Re: Laugh Riot
They were actually seriously talking about him possibly fighting Pac again for the first time in years recently though right? I know this has been his White Whale for years, but for the first time in a long time it actual seems slightly possible now and not just a pipe dream for him anymore.
Now it would've been hilarious if he said "After Dib he wants Mayweather"

Re: Laugh Riot
At least he isn't fighting some guy with a really padded record anymore.
Wondering if he gets his dream match, that sopa is sort of awesome how he has hunted for a fight either guy[May/Pac] for years. Will he get it? Will it happen? Who knows? Khan can sell fights thou, but after the Crawford-fight... Need to fight somebody relevante or bust I say.

Re: Laugh Riot
I don't know why he would deserve to fight anybody relevant to be honest with you. He'd lose to anybody that's anybody in the Welterweight division, and we all know that.Paci wrote: ↑12 Jul 2019, 14:19 At least he isn't fighting some guy with a really padded record anymore.

We'll see how he looks in this fight.gilgamesh wrote: ↑12 Jul 2019, 14:25I don't know why he would deserve to fight anybody relevant to be honest with you. I'll give him one last shot, but if he falls face first on the canvas again he should call it a day. Im going with he will be feed to somebody sooner or later again, if he wins.
Re: Laugh Riot
I mean if he doesn't look absolutely spectacular, and crush Dib with ease he should just give up now.
Re: Laugh Riot
Khan is done at world level. But he’s THREE divisions bigger than Dib. That fight won’t get past 4 rounds unless the shieks have told Amir to give the fans some rounds.
Re: Laugh Riot
Khan made 7M today to blow out a guy 3 divisions smaller. Man these Saudi's have so much damn money they’ll just throw it at whatever.

Re: Laugh Riot
So has Khan demanded a crack at the winner of Pacquiao-Thurman?
Wouldn't be surprised if he received it. It's really hard to get rid of him. Khan must feel wanted if Saudi suiters throw $8 million at him to feast on an over the hill featherweight

Re: Laugh Riot
Khan could’ve ended that fight inside of a minute if he really wanted to. Just a horrid mismatch.

Khan is now claiming Pacquiao has already agreed to fight him in Saudi Arabia November 8 but Team Pacquiao says that is not true!!

https://www.BS.com/team-pacqui ... ct--140915British boxer Amir Khan claims he has agreed a deal to fight Manny Pacquiao in Saudi Arabia in November.
"Signed off and done, to get Manny Pacquiao is amazing," Khan told British radio station TalkSport at his gym in Bolton on Tuesday.
"To have him sign that dotted line is brilliant. No matter how he does against Thurman I still think it's a big fight."

However, when contacted for a response to Khan's comments, Pacquiao’s publicist Fred Sternburg told The National: “Manny has not signed a contract for that fight.”
Manny Pacquiao shook his head on media day when asked about the news of him signing to fight Amir Khan for November 8. Pacquiao had the look on his face like, ‘What on earth is Khan talking about?’ when he asked about his thoughts on Khan’s announcement of a November 8 fight between them.
When Pacquiao was asked about his thoughts on signing for the Khan fight, he made a face, and then shook his head with a look of disgust, letting the media know that it was fake news. It’s unclear why Khan chose to tell the media that he and Pacquiao had signed to fight on November 8. Was it an effort by Khan to gain some cheap publicity the easy way?
