Seems a bit of a self pitying story.

In the end he cheated and was caught, and got his sentence reduced because he grassed.

Of course everyone does stuff for the money, I guess he did the armed blag for the money too but he got caught too, do the crime do the time etc

So are some other Peds, they don't fail them for just having it in the system

Tys and Hugh blamed wild boar...I wonder how it tastes compared to Mexican beef :maybe:

Nobody cares honestly.

People trying to cut down a guy that beat their guy will use the 'ol "Oh yeah he was on PED's excuse" but when you're rooting for the guy, it doesn't matter what he was on.

People tend to pick and choose when PED use offends them.

I've decided it simply doesn't bother me at all.
Exacttly, most people get offended by peds based on which fighters they like and which they dont

I’ve got a lot of recent experience with PEDs and I’d agree with most of what he says tbh. Never mind in sport just in local gyms most guys are on it. They aren’t even illegal folk get caught with loads all the time and nothing much happens.

Known a couple of ameteurs who were on the stuff ,years ago , They were never tested and one asked , me recently he said you always said me and Dave were on the juice , how did you know , my answer was simple , even though i could'nt tell the difference between a stroid and an asprin ,, I did know physice , and you and dave would of only got them physices through a lot of hard work , or roids , and you were both too lazy to do the work so it had to be the other ,, Both were shit boxers has well by the way .

Its a real hard one , let everyone use it and guys who don't want too will feel the need to keep up , suppose the easiest and best way is to be consistant with the fines and bans , and be very severe with them , but good look with that one , when guys like Dillan Whyte and Tyson Fury , have a million or so available to throw at a lawyer with a threat of suing and demanding compensation .

Obviously Larry in hindsight wasn’t very good. I remember him getting a bit of hype due to being 18 stone and a decent athlete in his youth. But his form post ban was beyond terrible. Without being too controversial, it’s seems unclear yet whether Whyte is going to show better form following his ‘absence.’

Be interesting to see how that fella, forgotten his name, who Ruiz replaced gets on clean.

Or will he just get back on the gear with better maskers!

He used to comment on here a while back.

I read the article and a cynic would tend to agree with him. Especially with the likes of povetkin, canelo and whyte being caught and still getting high profile fights! (Allegedly)

I suppose every sport has its drug cheat patsys

Not at all, Larry only had a short ban and continued to fight regularly.
The problem was he kept on losing.
