He was grabbing a crate of tennants super strength for the netball tomorrow.

Ice for his knuckles (He said it got tasty outside the arena last night)

40 Benson and Hedges

£5 worth of scratch cards.

Pork Scratchings

A copy of Red Hot Over 40’s housewives

And Aretha Franklin’s greatest hits.

I said Adam why Aretha. He just pointed at number 4 on the track listing and said ‘There’s the respect’

Top man. Obviously I didn’t look him in the eye. Everyone on the estate knows he walks heavy.

Agree with the praise for Steedman, he is quality no idea why BT prefer Rawling and Woodhall to Steedman and Jones

Also big up to my main man Ronald McIntosh, havent seen him in ages, always calls a fight bang on and its an education

They’ve tried sacking Richie a few times but he won’t leave the studio. Security tried and tried but he keeps holding his feet.

I find listening to McIntosh like a lot of people seemingly do listening to Smith - he makes me want to mute it! He just talks for too much for me.

I don’t like Adam Smith’s commentary but I don’t hate it either. I really like Barry Jones and quite like Steedman too.

Smith began to grown on me during lockdown as, with his uncut hair, he began to resemble Max Wall. Would pop up in a vid on my fcbk news feed every so often, grinning away. Magic.

McIntosh always sounds like he's very loudly dictating a very wordy article down the phone to someone.

I still think Ian Darke was tons better than Smith and wasted being 2nd or 3rd choice commentator on football

Listening to Darke commentating on BT Sport football makes me all nostalgic for what was a much better time in British boxing 15-20 years ago

Yeah he left boxing for football, not sure why?

I heard him last week with the City CL game, he is horrendously biased against City and has been called out for it before and I think has been officially warned not to be so biased but you can tell it absolutely kills him to praise City.

Maybe he's a Man U fan.

BT ought to get him doing the boxing commentary with Barrie Jones as the co-commentator.

Dream team combination.

A few posts popped up on my Instagram with Ebanie Bridges calling out the ridiculously biased Sky commentary team.

apparently they missed the big clash of heads that caused the big eye swelling or neglected to mention it when it happened.

Whilst I was critical of the fight being a world title fight I admire her for giving it to Sky on social media !!!

According to Sky it was Courtney's rapier jab and crunching right hands that did the eye damage.

Must say I’ve warmed to Bridges, I can’t usual stand Twitter ‘banter’ but she takes it all in good spirits and doesn’t take herself too seriously like most boxers.
