Gilgamesh Retires from Sim...."SIMGILGA" to step up in his absence

Post by gilgamesh »

I'm done with this season.

Pep getting DQ'd against Dunne in a fight he's winning? Losing by TKO in the final round against Injin Chi in a fight he's dominating? Morales fighting a draw with Bungu and then losing to Humberto Soto?

I don't know who these fighters are, but they're not Pep and Morales, and I have no interest in tolerating this nonsense any further.

Put 'em back in the CPU pool. Give 'em to somebody else. I don't give a sh*t.

As for the IBO. Obviously I don't give a sh*t about that either.

Well...it actually truly really was Pep and Morales, and you were actually the true president of the IBO.

Seriously it actually was real....except for the simulated parts.

So there will undoubtedly be simulated consequences......My guess is that lawyers will be contacting you soon. Breach of contract and all that. Could cost you....hope your insurance is paid up!

Well except for Pep......and for that you will be visited in your dreams. They don't call him "the wisp" for nothin'! And his ghost is not going to be happy!

Hope you enjoyed your simulated experience, and please drop in from time to time to say hello and catch up with all the other altered states of reality that are currently playing out.....right here.....in real true....Simulvania!

So, with Gilgamesh's departure, a new era has dawned.

For the first time in SimHistory there will be a simulated mangement team.

"SimGilga" is born....and will move forward as Pep and Morale's manager.

The IBO will return under the oversight of the BoxBuzz-Crease conglomerate.

Be a shame to see ya go - too few managers / managed fighters as it is.

The weird results, judging and refereeing decisions are annoying sometimes, but they are happening to pretty much everyone.

I told people weird things are happening this season with Kid Chocolate. Getting decisions against him I thought he won, losing fights he was up on getting cut late, etc. Hell, K.C. lost a decision, two rounds in a row on 2 of 3 judges cards, were the opponent didn't land a punch! How do you win two rounds in a row not landing a punch, come f'n on!

With that said, I thought about tapping out for a second, but realized it's all part of Sim life. Not sure if it is Buzz figuring out the software again, just a rarity for the software this season, or what. Overall I enjoy playing no matter how much I bitch on a loss. Kinks will be ironed out going into next season I'm sure.

At least now maybe people will believe me....
