mung has serious offense, when he lets the combos go its nice to watch. explosive and with all the power punches in his weaponary. his problem at a higher level will always be that he's easy to hit and cant commit to a jab

Best version of Munguia I've seen in a long damn time. That was a very good performance.

No reason Munguia shouldn't fight Charlo. Highly winnable if Munguia keeps progressing like this.

Fast event. Hoping for a world title match for Munguia at 160 lbs, now...

Arguably lost the first, let him off the hook in the 2nd and ko'd n the 3rd against 50th-ish in the world. its good, but dosent show that much honestly.

probably prefer his shut out over an in form rosada.

Mung vs GGG is still the fight i want to see. Winner vs canelo at 168... Surely GGG vs mung is a bigger fight than GGG vs Murata.

Both on DAZN, continues the mex kazak rivalry, could result in a mex mega fight.

I wasn't expecting him to bang out Ballard like this, honestly.

Nah, I prefer Munguia/Charlo because that's a more winnable fight for Munguia and gives him more momentum going into a possible Golovkin fight. Andrade can kick sand and fight Lara in a dark match for all I care.

You dont think GGG is a winable fight? GGG will be 40, last reasonable opponent he faced GGG looked ordinary and probably got a lucky decision, that was 2019, its 2022... I have a feeling GGG is kinda there for the taking (still quality and probably a 50-50 with mung).

If you're talking about Dervyanchenko fight, he was no joke. Dude should have wins over Jacobs and Golovkin, he was that good. We're not talking about the past prime one that fought Charlo and Adames.

Charlo got an undeserved win against Korobov and has looked flat since. Golovkin looked great against Szeremeta last we saw.

The upstairs shift to knock Ballard down was spectacular, but it was just another mismatch for Mung.

Enjoyed the Torres v Escobedo fight, the latter is one tough individual, was hoping he could get back into it but he abandoned the body work in the last couple of rounds when it was seemingly giving him a lot of success. Zepeda didn't look at his sharpest but got the job done against an irritating opponent.

Mismatch as expected, Munguia looked out of shape and sluggish in the opener, Ballard tried to work the jab but Munguia started letting his hands go in the 2nd and you could see the difference in power, he nearly took Ballard's head clean off with that left hook in the 3rd just before the knockdown, good accuracy to force Ballard down and same for the finish, good stoppage, Munguia was raining down bombs on him

Not really sure what's going on with Munguia at Middleweight, he was Andrade's mandatory but refused fight and is treading water with these guys

It's time Munguia fights a tough opponent to see where he's at. Are his promoters protecting him or is it himself that lacks confidence? He doesn't deserve a GGG or Canelo fight at this point in my opinion.

He's a great young talent, that is too early in his career to wait and cash out.

Okay, you guys are insane. A protected fighter doesn't fight Rosado, ffs.

Rosado is a warrior with a lot of experience, but at 36, and losing about 1/2 of his fights over the last 10 years, he is merely a stepping stone at this point, in my opinion. He's basically lost most everytime he's stepped up. Respect to his gameness, but his best days are behind him. Munguia should have fought Andrade instead. Don't think I'm insane by pointing that out.

It's better in terms of big names, but that's as far as it goes, because he lost to nearly everyone of the big names. 14 losses.
