I just came across Jesse Brinkley (35-7, 22 KO's) on Boxrec records. I recall always rooting for him when he competed. Win or lose he consistently brought exemplary effort. Brinkley's career highlight was a 12 round decision over Curtis Stevens, however if you take a look at his resume (below) you'll see that he had quite an interesting career.
What are your respectful thoughts on Jesse Brinkley?

Jesse Brinkley fought up near my hometown a few times & was a beast! Built a bit of a hometown following.
Seeing Jim rewarded with such big attention on national TV was cool.
He had 2 very big wins over Cleveland Corder, though not a huge name outside of Idaho but was a big favorite leading into the first event.
