It's a good card, but that's shocking.
Who's watching ?
[/quote]
No one legally, you would have to have money to burn.
I'm sure some will stream it if they can. I'm just going to wait until it is on youtube

Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
Well...
It wasn't a fight of the year contender like the people trying to sell this as a PPV said.
It was pretty one sided, Zepeda had the quicker hands, but I could only give him one of the first nine rounds.
Reggie was actually showboating a little by the 8th, enjoying the one way traffic.
Round ten it finally kicked off and both guys were hurt.
Both bleeding, but Zepeda was already busted up from 9 rounds of solid beat down. Reggie came out in the 11th like nothing had happened in the 10th, except for it pissing him off.
Reggie went to town on Zepeda and finished him spitefully.
No way does Josh Taylor want any part in a rematch with this guy...

Prograis is the man at 140. Him vs Taylor - Catterall rematch winner

Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
Since they last fought at the WBSS Reggie is the one who has improved. That loss has put some real spite in his work. After Zepeda clipped him in the tenth, he came out in the 11th with guns blazing. He has also developed real slick defence, like trying dancing with a snake

Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
I dont think he improved, because there isnt much to improve. Prograis always was a beast.KiwiRider wrote: ↑27 Nov 2022, 03:10Since they last fought at the WBSS Reggie is the one who has improved. Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
One sided fight, Zepeda was never in it, his best moment were in the 10th when a little war ensued, Prograis looked cut in the ear and chose to exchange with Zepeda before all that Prograis controlled him, used the jab to great effect, doubling and tripling it up, dropping the left hand, must've been a mile ahead on the cards going into the 11th, credit to Prograis he closed the show instead of coasting, rocked Zepeda with a big left then waded in and dropped him as the ref stopped it, very good from Zepeda glad he's back in the big time
Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
Glad I didn't purchase this.
Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
I thought Zepeda's hand speed would have made it a closer fight.
Also a couple of the undercard fights looked OK.
Unfortunately they weren't and the main event was one sided.
5 years ago this would have been a free to air event, and even free it was lame apart from rounds 10+11 of the main event.

Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
beating down and stopping zeppy is good stuff
Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
Maybe if it was a bit more competitive. But watching him get busted up and stopped over 11 rounds wasn't all that.
Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
Prograis is excellent, terrific win - I assume Ramirez next. When are we getting Matias-Ponce for the IBF?

Re: Regis Prograis vs. Jose Zepeda | PPV - November 26, 2022
“Listen, first off, before I say anything I wanna congratulate Jose Zepeda,” Prograis said. “That dude is tough, tough, tough. Bro, he came to fight. He probably gave me one of my hardest fights. I’m not even gonna lie. Like, this dude is tough. Bro, you so tough. Bro, I got so much respect for you. And you prepared me to get this belt, and to hold this belt. So, I congratulate you. All the best to you, bro. Don’t stop. I feel like you still gonna be a world champion. You good, bro. You real good. I’m not even gonna lie. You good.”
