Bob Foster-missing bouts ?

According to the April 5, 1977 edition of The Albuquerque Tribune, Bob Foster knocked out Tim Charles and Bob Blake in Missoula, Montana in 1976. I can't find any confirmation of these bouts in any Montana newspapers; does anyone have any information on this topic ?
