Bollocks!!

Smith only has jurisdiction in the UK. So he can't tell other commissions what to do.

Reason why Haye-Chisora still took place and sanctioned by the LBF.

The harsh reality is he’s box office now isn’t he?
Casuals know about him, he’s The Bad Guy.
Let’s all tune into see him get knocked out! Or flatten another bum and get everyone even more heated and riled up for next time, to see him get served up some free range humble pie.

I’m not sure playing the heel is as effective under these circumstances, Mayweather and Naz did it well cause they were flashy and outspoken but also very very good, Conor Benn is just a cheat that no one really has any respect for. there’s no showmanship to it he’s just a very typical entitled rich kid that couldn’t handle consequences.

The real question is how many PEDs Conor is currently doing. Has he just carried on with his regime, or will he try to stay clean for a while?

So if these scientist friends of Benn go into a meeting with UKAD, and say "Hi guys, the thing is, American chickens sometimes get injected with clomifene so that they produce more eggs, and unfortunately Conor consumed some of these eggs while over in the states, and also get this - his body has a predisposition to store this medication, unlike most other innocent egg eaters".

Presumably they will be able to drill down into lots of scientific detail, as scientists do. If UKAD turn around and say "Yes that seems to make sense, his name is now cleared". What then? Is this even remotely feasible?

There was a mandatory test after the fight and he was tested several times in the build up.

Certainly in a court room they’d be an expectation from the prosecution they show which farm was producing these mythical eggs, the receipts showing he bought the eggs, and a credible timeline showing which country he was in and when in relation to the two failed tests. I don’t think he’s got any of that kind of evidence.

And if the ridiculous explanation was accepted, does that mean Conor will have a ready-made excuse for future failures? Is he now essentially immune from PED testing? The whole thing is such a joke.

No, he has been tested. Unless he proves he innocent, he's cheating scum. But he was tested.

Conor Benn has a face that you just want to punch very hard.

I suppose it's quite fitting that he's a boxer, because if you're lucky enough, you get paid to do just that.
