lol, timmy such a gangster. prob gave tommy more work than the original opponent would've. maybe those beers before the fight gave him extra courage.
WoW. Talk about "Blast from the past" !!
Upon watching this, for only the 2nd time over, since initially watching this very weird bout, back in 93, in the local pub, I can honestly say, Tim Tomosheck Should've been Allowed to continue, as there Really wasn't a truly warranted justification for the ref stoppage, after that 4th round.
Tim was Still , Very Much in this fight..!!
I didn't see him looking particularly hurt, at all really.., nor was he getting excessively beaten up..!!
Definitely a Lame stoppage, for sure and Certain, and I say this as the former "Tommy Morrison fan" that I was, Way back in the day..!!
Now, as for my concluding summarization, Yes, Tommy wasn't going to get hit hard or hurt by Tim, nor tired out and left as an arm weary sitting duck like he was in the 1991 Mercer bout. But nevertheless, I'm actually not very certain if Tommy was Really going to definitely get Tim legitimately out of there before the final bell.
Tim Tomosheck obviously had Amazing Unique abilities. He actually reminds me of Max Baer, in a vague sort of definitive comedic comparison. Also he's At least a tad bit reminiscent of Dicky Ecklund, another inherent Party Animal with particularly unusual unrefined Boxing abilities.
This probably would've wound up being an extra embarrassing bout for Morrison. (Because Tim was likely going to go the distance). Barring the ref's adherence to the intricately corrupt ways of American Pro Boxing.
