John fury rowing back

Post by jamesmcdonnell »

Talk from big John that Tyson needs more time to prepare, that he's in decline yadda yadda.

Will we see another delay, will an injury occur, will Tyson retire again?

My guess it's just an attempt of sowing confusion in Usyks camp.

That said. If Fury does train as hard as he will need to then I fully expect more serious injuries having to be taken into the fight.
The Saudis and WBC won't allow Fury to pull out, and Fury won't jeopardize the huge payday.

It's maybe just John having a jealous pop at Sugar Hill once again, believing he should be the main trainer.
What does John do anyway to justify getting paid from either Tyson or Tommy? Rant and rave, punch plexi-glass, throw tables, just a sort of clownish sideshow?
He made a £200,000 bet with KSI for Tommy's fight so he must be getting handed a fair amount for his contribution. Maybe on a guilt trip, his conscience saying he should be the main guy to justify such hefty payments.

Jeez. I remember that bouncer chap Mick Theo called him out and John went quiet.
Why can't he be quiet and just enjoy his kids careers. It's embarrassing isn't it.

he can come across really well when he's one on one at his caravan but always comes across as horrific in social things. he's become a parody of himself and there's been allusions to DV and of course the gouging so it's a big no from me. Tommy seems a nice guy despite it all.

thats not quite right in johns defence. he organised 2 dates and 2 venues to fight at, even turning up to one having trained and lost weight, only for theo to be a no show. he filmed it, its on youtube. its easy and enjoyable to bash him cos hes a bellend, but in that case, when push came to shove he was the one who showed up. and remember it was theo who called for the fight and was apparently desperate for it.

I heard that he gave Theo 25 mins notice, waited in his back garden for 5 mins, and then called Theo a no show.
From there he called out Mike Tyson, as he now wasn't interested in little fish, and then said Mike wasn't interested!

Mate Theo turned up at his house. John did nothing. Theo is not a boxer but can fight, he'd have wiped John out. John drove away from another incident, puts paid to the myth of him being brave. Tbf Theo is the type of person to have John shot, Peter ended up getting involved and ended up getting them to lay off John as he's basically a family embarrassment.
