Did Ismael Barroso and Sandor Martin get their Step aside Money?

I Heard Rolly has to fight Barroso Next unless Barroso decides to agree to step aside Money And Haney has to fight Sandor Martin Next unless Martin decides to accept Step Aside Money, Without this happening those Fights can not happen.

So did 1 or both of them Accept Money?
Or Will the powers that be in Boxing just disregard their OWN RULES, because Barroso and Martin are not big Moneymakers.

it's funny to me that rolo is somehow depicted like he's a big name. got big robberies vs marinez and barroso, arse knocked silly by davis, and no legit wins over any world class fighter. hardly some magical personality or great looks either, i dont get it
