Before the year is out most likely. Or certainly next year. It may be his way of getting around certain tests or something for a while.

I have no doubt he will be back very soon.
But I find his insane rants and conspiracy theories hilarious

I think his social media earnings are more than his boxing, except for his last fight. But his boxing value has dropped since then, and he is probably best focused on not getting punched in the face...
All the best to him.

Garcia suspended for 1 year and his last fight ruled a no contest.

Probably true.
Financially, Garcia doesn't need boxing anymore.
He's still young but will likely be done boxing before age 30.

 So, a one year retirement it is. Hopefully he can baggy his 💩 in the next 12 months. Best would be if he got it together AND left the sport behind.

Being retired he'll be free to do as many steroids as he likes, and cycle off of them just in time for his comeback.

RG is such a prick .
He has clearly been found out to be 100 % on PEDS and has done a behind closed doors deal resulting in financial loss and the fight result now overturned .
He has to serve a minimum 1 year ban .
or temporary retirement if you think like a selfish spoilt narcissist

Agree. A true narcisstic POS person. He'll blow through his money and need boxing again within 2 years. He'll be Adrian Broner 2.0, still using trash talk to sell fights into his late 30s while losing because he needs the dough.

Not that it means much, but Garcia is banned by the WBC after saying some racial slurs online.

I like upsets, so I was fine with him beating Haney. But this kid didn't just act mentally ill, he actually got some serious issues.
I hope we don't hear from him for a while.

the comments were deplorable (calling the guy a pedofile was just as bad as calling him a n!gger), but the wbc is a bit silly and phony . they have stood behind fighters who have actually beaten or abused people. if garcia ccomes back they'll probably lift this ban or whatever it is

btw, garcia is really weird with all the pedophile talk. he goes on and on and just accuses people without giving any evidence. he's even being appearing in sh!tshow amateur stings with social media 'pedo hunters' (and some of these types have been outed themselves before)
