I saw it as a bit of a home town decision, I thought Clarke was lacking a warm up fight and faded down the stretch

The Prince is out again 16th September fighting in Harrow.

The homecoming fight passed us by. I see Prince won by ko in 5. How did he fair on home turf?

he won in April in UK on a Dean Whyte/Lemar Scott card. Then fought abroad again in July. There is a decent article in this week's Boxing News about him, he was honest about his attitude all being an act as I expected.

He's actually above Charlie Edwards in the domestic rankings on Boxrec now.

I think I’ve said so before but the guy is actually a very nice, sweet guy in ‘real life’ he just can’t help himself when a camera is pointed at him.

that is great to hear Lee, I always hoped he was playing to camera. He's a good boxer to watch too, possesses real power.

based on what? 2 stoppages in 5 uk fights. dropped and found out by a journeyman 4 fights into his uk career. then utterly toyed with by the one fringe contender (that is prob a generous characterization) he faced, his punches had no impact whatsoever. so many of his wins were obvious lay downs too.

here's one of the rando tanzanians bullying him around though, prince got a gift draw

he sold quite a lot when he fought in the UK. There is also a good Indian market to tap into. He's also funny and clearly tongue in cheek. I like him. He was a decent amateur too.

The Prince is out again on Thursday the 15th of August. This time he is fighting for the Pugilistic Syndicate of Tanzania Tanzanian welterweight title.

He's fighting an undefeated opponent named, Michael Patrick, who has been in training for four years for this fight.

Somebody is gonna have to explain this fight to me

"Evarist unable to continue following a low blow.
The 1st round lasted 4:45"

So ... how come the Prince got the TKO victory if it was a low blow? And why did the first round last nearly 5 minutes lol. How can that even happen, surely somebody must have thought at the four minute mark "this is a bit long, surely"

Perhaps he was floored with a low blow right at the end of the round?

Still makes zero sense. Only in boxing.

Good talker and good personality but unfortunately he was just p*ss poor in that world title fight he had. Hands up, going forward. Couldn't get punches off or get set to punch. Awful performance and lost every round. I just couldn't get excited about him after that. It was a really bad look. I think hes a great character and could have been another Prince Naz as he has the same charismatic ability but he hasn't got a fraction of Nazs talent.
