Hmm. I'm in...HOWEVER....I think I need to keep it to one weight class. Reason being, I want to it as tightly scheduled on a weekly basis as I can humanly possibly make it. So people can know what's going on in a predictable fashion. I'll do my best to keep the trains running on time. 31 events should do it. (Yeah, I like odd numbers)

The mixed weight classes add quite a bit of time to the processing as it is a manual process of going back and forth from one frame to another. So I will do any weight class we decide. And I will publish all the available fighters in that weight class and their ratings for the lottery/fighter acquisition event.

I'm open to taking a few special requests of one tier lower fighters. (for example if featherweight IS the choice I will accept suggestions of graduating a well known preferred jr feather into the featherweight division. That will allow me NOT to have to access them from the Jr FW division...which on a weekly basis is time consuming. But if I take care of it before the season begins as it is more manageable.

What I need......is the desired weight divsion (very soon) ....and any suggestions from the lower division that we wish to anoint as part of the chosen division.

Now if we don't need me to do the computer stuff....all this goes away, and I shall abide as just another participant. And I intend to troll the bejabbers out of all of you. Think of me as the Chael Sonnen of simboxing.....AND a commish...AND a manager. (If me managing a fighter is allowed, I"m fine if you wish to banish me from managing fighters...I sort of hate when my luck runs good more than when it runs bad...as you all must trust that I am not allowing my fighters to go in on steroids....trust is all important in this game, especially in light of the fact that I will be very loud and obnoxious when on a winning streak.)

Also we need at least 10 managers to agree to hang in for the season, and make every attempt to communicate. I'll really make it organized as to the time expectations. And IF you can't chime in ....perhaps we should have some agreed upon methods to allow your fighters to attend each event, even if you have not expressed a preference for your next fight. OR accept that your points will be compromised if you don't participate. Not from any action on my part, but points are gathered with each fight. And on occasion one can even lose points when participating if you lose badly enough. (it's all baked into the software)

Since you mentioned featherweight. I'm going to begin the process of collecting the info for the inventory on the 14th. . STOP ME IF we don't want to do featherweight....and I'll delay my efforts until the matter is settled.

Mopping the floor? That seems sensible...but no asking for a power mop, and twice as much soap. Mopping is a humble pursuit. You get the same amount of soap and a regular mop just like the last Janitor......I don't care what your union rep says.

We need 10 managers. Are we there yet? Fights will be run Suday evenings..I'm thinking the first ones will be run the 16th, and I'll do my best to keep them on track every sunday evening. Crease and I will devise a lottery for the draft order...and it will be snake style last time where the last person choosing the first fighter will be the first to choose the second.

I may or may not manage depending on if anyone has an opinion on that. Also if we only have 9 managers, I will get us to 10. However if we have more than ten, I may bow out. I'm not sure how folks feel about the person running the fights having fighters in the game. I bring it up every season because the truth is i want to troll and push buttons.... A LOT.
....but if I get too loud and proud, and I go on a winnning streak, it pains me. And if I'm hurting someones feelers and my guys trounce someones fighters , it's an invitation for suspicion in the highest echelons of power. lol.

crease has been quiet, I do need someone to assist, I can run and post the fights., but it's a two man operation. I think he had some health things going on.......I'm open and prepared. I tried to populate the fighter field to it's max. so just waiting on another manager to commit.
