He might get better. He seems an intelligent bloke and his takeaway from the other week wasn't "my power will always get me the win in the end" which is the mindset that ruins punchers, rather you could see he was quite shaken by how badly he was losing, and how long for, before he pulled it out of the bag.
He knows those moments possibly won't come against the highest level, who not only will him even less chance to land a big punch like that, but will also be able to handle that power if he does, and will be hitting him much harder than Huni was in the meantime.
That's quite a daunting realisation.
What's nuts about this Davison thing is that apparently he has all these heavyweights but none of them spar each other. That seems mental to me. Who are they sparring? Occasionally they're allowed to talk to each other or something? Why don't they practice fighting each other?
