In this instance Whyte ducked low and got bopped on the top/back part of his head.

Whyte was buggered anyway, but it certainly didn't help matters.

Speaking to Seconds Out, Whyte’s trainer, Buddy McGirt, revealed that Whyte apologised to him for his performance after the fight.

“He’s good, his spirits are good. He was down for a bit last night, but now he’s getting better.

He’s apologised. I’m like, there’s nothing to apologise for, this is the game we’re in, it happens sometimes. This is the sport we’re in. You stepped in the ring, you did what you had to do, it went the way it went, but you don’t owe anyone an apology.

He steps up to the plate, he takes on anybody, nobody wanted to fight Moses, he stepped up. Nobody has the mentality of Dillian.”

He then put the loss down to the first big shot that landed on the top of his head and scrambled his senses.

“He did have an injury a couple of weeks ago but he said he was going to go through with the fight. Everything was good until he got hit with that shot, he didn’t recover quick enough.”

Not that it would have made too much difference to the outcome, as Moses was too young and too fresh for this version of Whyte, but that top of the head shot completely undid him. I always thought those shots were illegal, but, these days, they never seem to get picked up by referees, as far as I can tell.
Never heard of those shots being illegal. If you bend down and present the top of your head to your opponent, what do you expect to happen? Just the usual bad tactics from Whyte, but now in an injured old man body. He was always getting smoked in 1.

We heard anything about the PPV numbers yet?
I would be interested to know if they got into triple figures in America, it was 40 USD :o
