johnmanchester is spud’s alter ego imo, the nagging voice of common sense in his head that Spud won’t listen to.

Not been told a thing old fruit. I am but a poor wayfaring stranger, travelling through this sport of woe. I come here to get the inside track from people who know the sport and are plugged in.

I don’t think people argued that you had no chance of finding out information. I, and I think others, disputed you thinking Sky would pay out multiple millions to Boxxer in a settlement. Regardless of what you’ve found it, I’m still confident that won’t happen.
Please feel free though to give a detailed account.

Prediction: absolutely nothing at all will happen to anyoneSpud MK2 wrote: ↑14 Feb 2026, 15:42there are perhaps 3 preople whose career is severely tarnished.SeanBrennan wrote: ↑14 Feb 2026, 15:02 John and Spud are both decent fellas.

Prediction: boxxer will settle out of court with John Wish rather than have it go to a full court hearing where all sorts of things become public record
Prediction: Boxxer does not attempt to sue sky. If boxxer does for some reason lose its mind and sue sky, boxxer gets obliterated.
Prediction: DAZN don't give boxxer a deal. Certainly nothing paid. They may take the occasional show for free.
Prediction: BBC doesn't extend boxxer deal past the initial four contracted shows
Prediction:Boxxer is all but finished as a promotion by the end of 2026.
Prediction: Adam Azim and Lauren Price both leave by end of summer.
Also I don't think this guy has been "shafted" at all. If boxxer had a good product sky would have kept them, simple as that. I'd be amazed if Sky doesn't have a laundry list of reasons boxxer was dropped. And I bet the decision was made and communicated to boxxer well in advance of this John Wish nonsense.
But we will see.
First stop on the above prediction journey: the court case with John Wish. Let's see how that goes.

Re: Sky Boxing Contract
John Manchester,
if anyone took the time to read the read the attached
https://www.iclr.co.uk/document/2025036 ... c-item-123
john wischussen has admitted to deleting emails, contracts etc etc and as such a temporary injunction was granted.
what in my opinion is crucial is what hascome to light since the court case.
i think as you boxxer settle out of court with wichussen .
but i think lf it is as suggested wischussen allegedly callouded with prominent people at sky then things get interesting.
if i am right and sky hsve a case to answer and
to save face sky will offer a sum boxxer cannot refuse .

Re: Sky Boxing Contract
By prominent people at Sky, do you mean Ed Robinson and Andy Scott? If so, that was mentioned I think back in October.Spud MK2 wrote: ↑15 Feb 2026, 10:11 John Manchester,

Have you seen the original contract between Sky and Boxxer? I’d be amazed if there are any clauses Sky have have breached as the deal will be heavily weighted in their favour. They didn’t end the deal early, they simply chose not to renew.
As both John Manchester and I have said previously, this is small stuff for Sky. If, and that’s a really big if, Shalom chooses to go after them, your suggestion that Sky will settle (am I right in thinking you said £15m previously?) is absurd to me.
Obviously I stand to be proven wrong but I doubt even Shalom is daft enough to ruin his long term future potential with Sky by going legal against them.

You don't seem to understand that what you're looking at are allegations.Spud MK2 wrote: ↑15 Feb 2026, 10:11 John Manchester,

You also don't seem to understand what a temporary injunction is - you seem to think a temporary injunction is a big deal and implies some sort of guilt
Injunctions do not address the question of guilt at all. The sole question for injunction is "Is this a complicated case and therefore would it be better for this party to be placed on pause til the case is decided?".
"He's deleted emails" - so what?
Unless those emails were specifically the reason Sky dropped Boxxer, they are completely irrelevant.
If Sky dropped Boxxer for other reasons, and made that decision known to Boxxer even one second prior to the timestamp on these emails, the entire case is a complete nothing.
What I think is that boxxer have taken an absolutely desperate swing here - maybe needing to try and show something to investors, idk - and it's turned into a clusterfuck.
Like I've said from day one, I don't expect them to want this to go to open court. John W was probably supposed to roll over and quit as soon as the court case was launched. He hasn't done that.
I made a load of predictions earlier. We will see what happens.
But to anyone who knows what they are looking at, the way you keep clinging to this link to the court notes going "See? ! See?!" just shows you don't know what you're looking at. You're holding up accusations as proof.

Re: Sky Boxing Contract
Which is what?
You keep saying this. But nothing has come to light lol. Literally nothing.
Anything other than total victory is a complete disaster for boxxer here. Court victory is the only win situation.
Settlement to me would scream "we really don't want this to end up in open court and public record"
There is not a cat in hells chance of anything remotely like this happening lol
You're being fed lines of shit by people. Wise up.

Anyone think sky had anything to do with benn going to zuffa and probably be appearing on sky box office? Or zuffa using benn as a selling point for a sky deal
