The guy fought 39 bums then fought Tszyu.

We ALL wanted him to step up at LEAST 7-8 fights before that.

Then he shows utter LACK OF RESPECT for his fans by fighting the likes of URANGO, MAUSSA, COLLAZO and now Rabah or Ndou.

Come on.

I was right about Hatton all along.

He has avoided Witter shamelessly for years.

People should grow up and see Hatton objectively for what he is.

A money grabbing c*nt!

Yeh but you probably only woke up a couple of years ago, i was calling Hatton a overhyped fraud back in the Jason Rowland days.

Why should a champion give up his belt for a fight that can wait a few more months, Tszyu gave Hatton a chance every champ has to fight his mandatories, Castillo can wait until the end of the year.
Rabah will give Hatton an akward fight so its a big risk fighting him. If he was just after money he would try to fight Gatti or Castillo.

he WAS going to fight gatti until baldo blasted arturo out...then ricky dropped back to 140!!

castillo looked vulnerable vs ngoudjo...hatton could be pissing away a golden opportunity here, especially if castillo loses to someone else along the way!!

Hatton is certainly more business focused than people realise....

...and he's very good at being the referee in his own fights as the Ingles pointed out.....

I saw Jason the other day, he said Hatton rang him at 1am, pissed as a newt, as he was coming home from Vegas. Jason's looking well, nice motor.

If he doesnt need it why did he fight for it then?... why did he fight Collazo and Maussa??.... neither of them were big names exactly were they and if he's ditching the titles after each fight I can only surmise that he's taken the fights for 'easy' money... so much for wanting to be a legend.... Hattons post Tzsyu career has been a farce....
