Paul Smith & WBU title

Paul Smith won the WBU International belt on Saturday, not the fully-blown completely prestigious full world title.

The WBU mentions this on its website, and WBU holder Gary Lockett is also scheduled to defend his title soon. Smith himself was also on the British forum attesting to the fact.
