By beating Stephanie Dobbs this month, Terri Moss apparently became the WIBF strawweight champion, which has a limit of 104lb. This is according to the WIBF's site.
Don't ask me why Sarah Goodson is the WIBF minimum (100lb) champion, despite her being down as 102 3/4 when she fought for the title.

Sarah Weighed 99 lbs at the official Weigh in , Almondo Garcia thought
it would be fun for her to stay dehydrated over night
and weigh in the next day because the promoter did not have her blood
results at the offiicial weigh so and Sarah was not feeling good
and was not going to dehydrate over night ,The WIBF reconized
Sarah as the Minimum Weight Champion becaue she weighed 99 lbs
at the Offical weigh in , and has weighed much less in her fights since winning the title !

coolYes Almondo tried to hurt my wife with his autority ,
My wife put her whole life in to training for that
fight , Then at the last min , he tried take it away
by changing it to an 8 rounder , the WIBF sanctioned
it anyway because both girls had trained for so long
for the rematch ,Then he tried to make her dehydrate over
night , My wife just said the hell with it and eat dinner ,
But I tell you this much if she would have dehydrated over
night and then got hurt because of it ,Trust me that son of a bitch
would have turned up dead But it all work out
and now all Almodo has to worrie about is Lou Dobbs and
Bourder control
