Please dont have a go at poor Spudio, He did do some work for Frank Maloney, Driving and general helping out, and he enjoyed it, getting to see the shows, picking up fighters etc, till he crashed a mini bus carrying fighters, but thats irrelevant, even tho he has never held any licence by the Boxing board, he still helps out, and its great that a guy who enjoys his boxing gets a chance in the fight game, he has 'helped out' Henessey sports, Hayemaker Promotions, and is now with Dennis Hobson, so he has served his 'time' in the game

You can still get front row on ticketmaster for that price if you get a jog on. :KO:

There is another thread now mate saying 70% of the tickets have gone.
If that is true then there seems nothing wrong with the marketing strategy, and well, defeats Spudster's arguments.
Looks like no one gives a f**k about the undercard, they're all going anyway !

Looks like some of hayes closest aides didnt ''NEED'' to listen to the ramblings of an internet madman after all.
I'm sure if spud plays his cards right he could still get a little toilet cleaning job out of all this. :TU:

sad thing is, eric guy filmed it !!!! ..... :OhYes:

what i think it is with that , is that people in nottingham are very passionate about any of their own , if you understand me , i dont think any of the notts lads on here go overboard with froch , some people might but not the ones i specifically know of being from nottingham.
I could be wrong as maybe my veiws themselves are overboard who knows , then i wouldnt realise if others were doing the same .
But the way it is in notts , even if enzo macarinelli was from notts hed probably get massive support , just the way the city is . Forest are a massively supported football club in the same way , bigger than a lot of premiership clubs , i reckon. (although i admit i dont support them )

i'm not questioning your knowledge Spud as i'm sure that's fine but it just seems you think your someone important. Yes alot of us would of loved to have the chance to work within the game but a lot of us would of taken that chance and would of made something of it.
A lot of forum posters HAVE made more of their involvement in the sport, and/or are higher up and/or do more interesting jobs, and don't feel the need to gloat about it at every opportunity.

This is a forum which attracts actual boxers, promoters, photographers, print media journalists, matchmakers and more, yet Spud thinks we are impressed that he was a gopher for a while.

Whats clear from the ticket sales is that people don't buy tickets to see the undercard.

I expect a very un-filled arena for the first few hours.
