Adamu is one hard f*cker to stop him coming forward mate you have to throw shots - I honestly believe to put him in his shell you force him onto the back foot - Froch finally realised that nearly too late in their fight - I remember going f*cking spare because I thought Froch was going to lose a fight just when things in his career were looking rosey - a defeat for Froch in that fight in my view very nearly happened - it wasnt until he was told to take the fight to Adamu that he got any success.

Seriously horrible place - Although us "old boring" tw*ts say we had a hard time when we were in - the lads and lasses nowadays earn their money - nope they get paid pittance for what they have to put up with nowadays!!! - met a bloke today whilst collecting in the North East - He said he was in The Rifles and had literally just got back on a couple of weeks leave - now theres a Regiment who have had it tough out there.

Best get back to boxing before I get the "Soap Box" out again.

I had about 50 odd amature fights made never done anything to be honest won the novice under twentys that was the highlight propably think Ive always had more of a pro style thow to be honest
