Agreed, but why didn't you contact me... Other posters have touted Barrera as a contender for the title eliminators, and you have severely overlooked him.

I'm not a liason or negotiator. He chose to pull out of the fight and take a title elimination shot. As I said before, I'm trying to get as many managers involved as possible.

Okay TF, your word is concrete around here.
But you have not answered my question.

It's not the role of a commish to do those sort of things, that's why. On top of picking through the thread to find the matchups, running the sim, uploading files, posting results, and updating rankings, I need to do that as well? No.

Did Matt contact you via private mail?

Commish, I fail to understand how Gomez is involved in a title shot when is not even ranked in the top 25...
And Barrera is ranked higher than him, how was he overlooked?

Commish, I've never had a problem with you before, but some of this matches you are making are dubious to say the least.
:oo :oo Are you questioning the commish's integrity? Shame on you Crease.

I was just about to say, it's not a sim-season until geto complains. :wink: :P

The season has started!!!

Well, my biggest complaint is that two guys that have avoided a tough schedule (For the most part), are getting two late replacement subs that really don't belong in an eliminator. No disrespect to the managers, but Castillo and Marquez haven't been in that tough to date and Griffo/Gomez haven't gotten out of the gates that great so far.

Griffo has fought no computer opponents, and had a MD loss to Lopez or he could be 4-1
History

Date Location Result Opponent
2010-05-18 Perth, Western Aust. Won SD 12 Sergio Palma (0-0-0)
2010-05-21 Mexico City, DF Won UD 12 Juan Manuel Marquez (1-0-0)
2010-05-24 Coventry Won UD 12 Nel Tarleton (1-0-1)
2010-05-27 Los Angeles, CA Lost TKO 9 Johnny Dundee (1-1-1)
2010-05-31 Sydney, NSW Lost MD 12 Juan Manuel Lopez (3-1-0)
Gomez has 3 losses, but his list of opponents is stellar. And if you notice I didn't have him in originally. He got a shot due to withdrawls.

I stand corrected........ :oops:

Gomez has been matched tough, I think he springs the upset, as far as win/loss comparison.....

I might have the belting Dundee gave Griffo just stuck in my head..............

You signed on the line, your word was your bond, and now you are left with the following scorecard.

Honor=0
Integrity=0
Prestige=0
Credibility=0

I hope that at some future point in this season, you can make this terrible disappointment up to us. Bass was going to relish beating Marquez from pillar to post. You made a commitment, we set up the ring, we had the date, there was the anticipation....... and phhhht...you was gone! I hope you can live with yourself. But I can assure you, that everyone here is shocked and dismayed by your appalling behavior.

Your absolutely right 'Geto, my fighter Castillo hasn't fought the highest level of opposition yet.

Barrera has, and he had a good record. Yet he isn't given a title shot.

Never thought I would see the day that fighters outside of the top 25 are given title eliminators... It's downright madness.

I told you in the begining that if Marquez was in a title position then the fight with Bass was going to be postponed, don't try and make it seem any different.

I cheekily asked to be put in; and was amazingly told that it was on. C'est la vie.

Crease, you are a moaning bitch.

Geto.. Dundee was a round or two up with plenty to play... anyone can win on a dodgy cuts stoppage.

I'm just messing with you man................ :lol:

Although I do think Dundee would have taken it either way. If we are lucky, the rematch will be for two belts!
