I think groves vs degale will be very different.

probably for getting people excited i suppose, just felt sorry for him that's all ;;-)
i did found the spouting off out of character & felt it might of been out of nerves as it wasnt really warranted.

you never really got out the blocks & had your left hand so low????
why do people try & mirror elusive fighters??
dust yourself of & try again.

You have got f*ck all to be sorry about - you were in with what I expect will turn out to be an exceptional fighter although I cannot stand him.
There is still plenty of fights for you Carl - now lets get back to the abuse - you scouse ****
By the way - you took the fight when there were others who turned away.

What a top bloke - Can't believe you came on here and fronted-up the same night as you got stopped (very prematurley) in a round. All class mate. Good luck with the future.

agree with the poster above who gives you credit for stepping into the ring with what looks to be an exceptional talent. No shame in losing to an excellent fighter, DeGale just looked incredibly quick and hard to handle, but onwards you go, there's plenty of fights out there for you mate. Good luck.

hate to say i told you so carl but yano,
you shouldnt of been in the same ring as degale, im not trying to have a go at you but when you come out on here calling fighters out saying there avoiding you,

i said then your not on there level and i was right to say that, you froze after the first few seconds and you looked miles out your league, the ref did stop it a little early but he done you a favour and deep down i think you know that, thats why there were absolutly no complaints on your behalf.
you said you also wanted to fight groves, i hope this performance has made you think twice.
i rate chuncky and think he will go on to beat groves when they eventualy meet, but groves can bang and if you were to fight him then theres a chance you could get hurt badly.
good luck in the future

Stoppage was too premature from where I was sitting. Shame you didn't have the ref that waved a limp, out of it, Enzo on

You have to hype fights today - it's expected, even though it means nothing. Carl respects all fighters and got caught cold, a fighter's worst nightmare after all his hard training. Carl will be devastated but you learn from your defeats and Carl is smart enough to recognise that. He'll be back.

Unlucky Carl. Didn't think you had a chance to get into your flow after a very, premature stoppage.
Have a beer and get back to the gym.

possibly the worst stoppage in history, what a joke. always knew degale was going to be too classy for dilks but that stoppage was shocking.
