see this is what I mean, i was talking from experice regarding sparring guys out of your divsion.
I.E. "a good big un" etc..Haye is a small Heavy, Wlad is a huge SH. do you see?

Tommy didnt always fight tall just because he was tall doesnt mean he fghts tall, do you undertsand? do you get what I'm saying? Tommy would try to bang on the inside a lot of the time. plus he wasnt strong enough to hold off the bigger guys.

You dont get it do you? Tommy wasnt a big strong man ala Lennox etc, to fight tall you have to have to A: Go back or walk someone down, Tommy didnt box well on the back foot, B: Have the strenth to keep your opponent honest when he trys to close the gap, (Tommy wasnt a strong fighter as he was weight drained at WW and was always foghting naturally bigger men)

AND again you are wrong, Hearns was getting close and banging to the body watch at 2.50 onwards.

You will see Leonard closing the gap and Hearns standing and figting rather than taking the Wlad two stepp back routine.
Tommys downfall was exactly the fact that he DIDN'T fight tall all the time where as Wlad DOES.

For example let me explain to you this,
Lennox Lewis fought tall MOST of the time in the latter part of his career but didnt in the 2nd Holyfield match and this is why it was MUCH closer.

Plus (and this is the most important part) Lennox & Wlad had the strenght to keep the fight tall where was Tommy was always moving up and wasnt strong enough to pull it off.

These are all basic boxing facts but If you want to argue against these feel free to do so you are only digging your hole deeper.

I agree, it would be a good fight for Fury, but not for Sam Peter.

I think Perez and Price would both beat him. Haven't seen a young big heavyweight put his punches together like Price does.

Maybe so but I don't think Tyson Fury can hit very hard. I have watched Price's pro debut on youtube and don't think it was as bad as some people say.

I find Tyson Fury really hard to watch, just mind numbingly tedious. And we all know there is no pay-off with him, pretty soon he will get beat by some journeyman and that will pretty much be that for him.

I would love a shot at fury for the commonwealth strap,I came on here last year saying that your british fighters should be watching out for me this year,I wanted to come over with the australian title first but it seems I got a draw in my fight in may(Aus title),and then had a devastating loss to kali meehan,to throw a spanner in the works.I am still on schedule for the aus title on friday the 7th oct,and once I win that I will be trying to organise a shot at tyson,we've had near the same amount of fights,I think it would be an entertaining fight,if you like rogans pressure fighting you'll love mine also.Thoughts??
