I think Mitchell has become a bit like Ricky Hatton in that the weight comes on very quickly. I can remember Ringside filming a brief chat with Mitchell a week after his fight with Murray and he looked bloated in the face.

This is a cracking match and I can't wait to see it. Who do I think will win? Burns, quite handily too. It could even be a corner retirement or a towel job. Can Kevin win? He can but he would need to put the performance of a lifetime in to beat Ricky. Kevin would need someone to take into the trenches and beat him that way, but Ricky is too clever and technical to do this. It could be competitive for a couple of rounds but I see Ricky breaking him down and when the cracks start to appear I don think Burns will let him off the hook. No disrespect to Kevin, he's a cracking fighter who I've thoroughly enjoyed watching but I think Burns has hiss number. I've been wrong before though.........(only once mind :) )

Absolutely ludicrous. He beats an 18 year old kid now he's a world beater. He should aim for the winner of Rees-Mathews.

Both Gavin and Derry will be too much just yet; Scott will be jus fine hen he gets into the regular routine; he was a hard worker before and when he's had a few under his belt then I've no doubt he'll be a handful for just about anyone.

Burns is better on the inside than mitchell actually, burns inside game is surprisingly good, he just doesnt need it that much
