Colin was from Barking; who's the best from Mayfair or Knightsbridge? Are there any boxers from those areas?

He was very sharp and well schooled like all of the Hunslet boys who came through at that time.

Im from dundee which as you probably know has never really been a hotbed for proffesional boxing although its starting to pick up but what an amateur we had in 1956 Olympic gold medallist Dick Mctaggert,any other brits won Val Barker trophy?

I'm from Southampton and my favourite current boxer is Matty Tew but a lot of that is because he went to the same school as me and he was in the same year as me. Many current young boxers from around the area that could become decent but apart from that in my time watching boxing the only 'Southampton' boxer that got to a decent standard was Matthew Barney.
