Do you think McCallum's name should be on that list?
It's not a perfect list... McCallum possibly shouldn't be on it... God would come up with a perfect list, but this was my flawed, off the top of my head list.. McCallum wasn't a guy to take a punch to land a punch. He would often win on points.. But if somebody like Julian Jackson attacked McCallum---determined to put him out---it was going to backfire on Jackson; who, for the 1st time in 30 fights found out what it felt like to get hammered out. It was done efficiently and quickly.. Don Curry wasn't a Middleweight, but that was a real nice shot that might have done the job were he 6 pounds heavier. Yeah, and I also know he came up from Welterweight.

Mike McCallum knocked Julian Jackson out in 2 rounds by ripping his body out in a furious onslaught... Tommy Hearns lost by KO in his 2 most famous fights at Middleweight... And Bennie Briscoe was blasted out with ONE SHOT by heavier handed Rodrigo Valdez -- who also is the only man to knock Carlos Monzon on his ass.

Everybody knows Gennady Golovkin is the hardest punching Middleweight ever... And that McCallum, Valdez, and Barkley ripped out a lot of people on that list.
Pavlik could out punch Golovkin

Jackson is pretty obvious to be picked here with his ability to KTFO cold with one punch.

In my lifetime, not only Julian Jackson was the hardest middleweight puncher ever, but the best puncher pound per pound that I have ever witness. Wow! Can he hit!

My top 5 hardest punching middleweight s of all time:
1. Julian Jackson
2. Bob Fitzsimmons
3. Stanley Ketchel
4. Sugar Ray Robinson
5. Gennady "GGG" Golovkin

Others in no particular order: Marvelous Marvin Hagler, Thomas Hearns, Gerald McClellan, Rodrigo "Rocky" Valdez, Tony Zale, Carlos Monzon, Tommy Ryan and Rocky Graziano.
