Put him in with Mitchell and the winner gets Burns.palooka wrote:X2; Rees didn't look near his best and Crolla was very well prepared and drilled; lightweight is a very tough division in the UK.DMA1987 wrote:Sensible scoring there. Shame there had to be a loser, but I had Crolla nicking it.
So what? No other lightweight in Britain or Europe has a hope v Burns; Ricky is on a different level.columbo wrote:Crolla is a nice guy and a good fighter but he's domestic level and he hasnt got a hope in hell against Burns.
Well they're talking about them fighting. Thats my point.palooka wrote:So what? No other lightweight in Britain or Europe has a hope v Burns.columbo wrote:Crolla is a nice guy and a good fighter but he's domestic level and he hasnt got a hope in hell against Burns.

Sorry rio; my post above was to columbo; I'm an armchair/weekend fan and I've not seen Dennis box :(rio wrote:palooka wrote:So what? I would fancy Denis Shafikov to give burns a real go.

Can't you just enjoy what's been a good nights boxing?columbo wrote:So instead of a unification fight for Burns we see a mismatch... great.
Cant you ever stop defending Hearn?DMA1987 wrote:Can't you just enjoy what's been a good nights boxing?columbo wrote:So instead of a unification fight for Burns we see a mismatch... great.
You're such a whiny bastard.

Its not even been made, so why bother moaning. You skim over every good point to push your negative agenda. Look over the forums tonight, your posts are on the whole entirely negative. No need for it is there?columbo wrote:
Yeah it was a decent show but that doesnt warrant a Burns vs Crolla matchup ..... Ps love how you get personal. Classy
It's not been made but from what was said in the post fight interview there's a strong chance of it happening. You say my negative agenda but I criticise things I feel are deserving of criticism. Go and look at the Frankie Gavin thread. I had nothing but praise for him or go and look about me talking about the Smith vs Dodson fight. I said nothing negative. You criticise me for having digs at Hearn but you do the complete opposite. He can do no wrong in your eyes.DMA1987 wrote:Its not even been made, so why bother moaning. And sorry about calling you a whiny bastard, i didn't mean to hurt your feelings.
You do nothing but dig pal. I can't stand FW, but I always make sure I praise him when he does something good for boxing. Like the thread I started the other day. And I definitely wouldn't manufacture negative threads about them, unlike you on Matchroom.columbo wrote: It's not been made but from what was said in the post fight interview there's a strong chance of it happening.
