But you see more chance of Fury outboxing Haye over 12 with his silky skills while avoiding Haye's power for the whole fight. Right. Oh yeah, you're the guy who started the 'Is Lennox a homosexual Jamaican' threads. Carry on.

betting slips are for fools who bet in high street bookmakers, i prefer to bet online, it is meaningless to me wether you feel its bullshit or not it is your prerogative. i also have a ticket for the fight block 102 row X seat 17 maybe that is bullshit also :box:
You are my inspiration. I'm putting a grand on Arsenal winning the treble. I've closely compared Arsenal with Man Utd, City, Barca, Munich and Madrid and the team have far more physical capabilities, skills, accuracy. Me and the missus have watch hours of footage and age is a massive factor, and the youth of Arsenal can surely pull-off a world cup win in Brazil

The Tyson Fury that fought Kevin Johnson is three times the Tyson of 24 months ago.
I did not rate him whatseover but he has improved significantly both in speed and conditioning.
However if the poster would like to make another side bet with me as well as the bookies I'll match his £1k bet and back Haye with a winner takes all?.. :bag:

Tyson Fury has not fought anyone in the class as David Haye. Its almost a miss match. I know some boxers move on and up and some do not but there is no scrap of evidence that Fury will stop Haye. I do not think Haye has gone backwards. I'm not saying that fury cannot beat Haye because we do not know the backroom of boxing. Others have said that this is a pension fight for Haye, this may well be but we will not know that until Sept 28th.

If Haye is taking this fight seriously and I am sure he will be as the 2 Russians must be coming to the end of the road and world titles to be had with easy opponents out there Haye surely can make millions in the next few years. Saying that im sure Fury can. If Fury beats Haye his next fight must be a final eliminator or even a world title shot so you have got to be sure fury is taking this fight as serious as a heart attack there is no doubt about that. So he will be giving all and training 100% I would think. If David Haye is doing so too In my opinion there is only 1 outcome, a stoppage inside 3 rounds.

After 28th Sept there will be several boxrec members having some egg on faces and I maybe one of them but in all honesty I cannot see a different outcome no matter how I look at the fight.

Ive never been more sure of a fight outcome since Lennox Lewis fought Derek Williams

I actually think Fury has a better chance than some are giving him. I wouldn't wage a grand on Fury by any means, but Fury is hungry and young. People say Fury is in it for the money, and I know he has stated that in videos, however, Haye is also a businessman. He is fighting for the loot too. I don't think Haye is hungry at all. He has chosen this fight because its going to create a fair bit of cash for him, and hes confident Fury will be laid out within 6.

I see this being a cagey affair. I really wouldn't be surprised to see Fury wear Haye down late and maybe stop him. Fury is a big guy, and Haye will have problems with his size. Anyone who thinks Fury is going to bulldoze his way through are sadly mistaken, he will fight conservative.

If Fury is hanging around by round 7, Haye is in deep waters IMO. Fury has a good tank. Haye looked to be blowing v Chisora fairly hard in the 5th. Fury is no mug. If he can force Haye back and rough him up, and not get to effed up in the process, he could stop Haye.

Good luck with the bet.

I will put you down as being a lucky fool.

Your bookmaker will have a wry smile, he will expect to get it back sooner or later!

I'm not saying Fury cant win, this is boxing, one punch is all it takes, on top of that Cas in the post above makes a half decent case for Fury wining. I admit that i have seen far bigger mis-matches than Haye V Fury, but you are bonkers if you think Fury is nailed on to win. To put £1000 on that big lump (harsh i know) to beat the very talented, proven, big punching Haymaker beggers belief, i honestly cannot get my head around how anyone could come to the concrete conclusion you have, other than that your judgement sucks.

Sorry mate!

i get what you are saying, BUT in my opinion it is YOUR judgment which sucks not mine..You say "to beat the very talented, proven, big punching Haymaker " well that sentence is the difference between me and you. i do not think of or look on David Haye as being talented, proven or big punching. i look on David Haye as being a fraud who has conned the British boxing fans. his mate and trainer Adam Booth is also a fraud who's knowledge of boxing training is zero. i feel Haye & Booth are once again going to get exposed as the frauds they really are on 28th September just like they was against Wlad Klitschko. i can see right through Haye's career and see that he has fought and beaten no-one of worth. his victory over Chisora is meaningless because Chisora never threw a single jab in 4rds unlike Fury who will throw 40 jabs per round. Hayes only hope is the same hope he used against Wlad & Valuev which is lunging in with an overhand right, which never worked for him against those two heavyweights and it wont work for him against Fury. Fury has a better chin than Wlad or Valuev and Fury has skills as well as power. Haye has a very very slim chance of victory against Tyson Fury and Fury the biggest heavyweight on earth has a massive chance of victory against the very limited former cruiserweight David Haye.

The foundation, the very root of your delusion. You've watched all these hours of tapes with a heavy amount of confirmation bias, looking only for what fits your view of Haye and your view of Fury.

Regardess of quality of opponents (which Haye wins easily vs Fury), to deny that Haye can hit. . . and to claim Fury has a good chin. . . You're simply judging from nowhere near reality and you deserve to lose your thousand pounds.

A lot of things are subjective here obviously.

This Sonny chap has got a couple facts completely wrong though. Fury ain't the biggest heavyweight in the world and Haye's apparent lunging in against Valuev did the trick, he won that fight!

sonnyboyx2 wrote:Me and my wife both agreed after watching several hours of fight tapes, that we would wager £1000 at odds of 3/1 Tyson Fury beats David Haye 28th September. Our reasons for the wager are that everything is in Tyson Fury's favor. Height, Weight, Reach, Age, record, ability, aggression, power, speed... i feel that David Haye is vastly overrated as is his punch-power & speed. Haye has a very suspect record at Heavyweight and defeated both John Ruiz & Monte Barrett with "Rabbit Punches" otherwise he would not have been victorious in those fights. Haye i feel was clearly out-pointed by both Wlad Klitschko & Nicolay Valuev and his fight against Audley Harrison was farcical. which leaves the 34yr old Haye with lots to prove on 28th September. Tyson Fury on the other hand has looked a very good and exciting world rated contender in his last 4 fights. Fury's knockdown against Steve Cunningham was due to him standing square-on and on one foot as the punch landed. Legendary trainer Emmanuel Stewart trained Fury in the Kronk gym 2yrs ago and claimed, "Fury will be Heavyweight Champion of the World" Stewart also said, "There is nothing wrong with Tyson Fury's Chin, he takes a great punch"..Tyson Fury put on a great exhibition of skilled boxing to defeat world rated Kevin Johnson then his demolition of Cunningham has left us thinking, "We Cannot Lose" all genuine and sensible views welcome please!

Then you have thrown away a grand.

Cunningham put him over when he was square on too.

I wouldn't peg Tyson as the favourite, but to suggest that he has no chance at all would be very wrong. His scatty performance in America was down to Peter Fury's absence and his eagerness to impress.

I think this is the first opponent that Tyson shall not be thinking will be a doddle and will be training extremely diligently. I would also add that Fury has never really had decent sparring before - but this time he has several guys in the gym with him of a decent calibre.

yes i am denying Haye can hit because he has not KOd a quality Heavyweight opponent. Wlad does not have the greatest of chins but Hayes best never bothered him. Haye Rabbit punched Ruiz & Barrett and Chisora was on a losing streak and grossly overweight.. it was Legendary Trainer Emmanuel Stewart who said Tyson Fury has a great chin and i agree with Manny Stewart.. You are basing your whole argument on Fury getting knocked down by Steve Cunningham, But every fighter past or present who was caught by that punch when square-on and standing on one foot would also have hit the canvas. Fury was not hurt, he got to his feet immediately and very quickly for such a big man. So there seems to be absolutely nothing wrong with Fury's chin just like Manny Stewart claimed. You are like so many people who are of the opinion that Tyson Fury is nothing but an idiot who cannot fight and has won 21 fights by fluke  well you are going to change your opinion as is all the others who are in your camp come 28th September. because you are going to be shocked at just how easy Fury takes care of David Haye.

Neven Pajkic (27% KO) had Fury down heavy in their fight but I guess you must have overlooked that one. Fury was holding on or dear life. If Haye hits him with a similar punch, Fury won't finish the fight. Valuev had a rock solid chin but Haye managed to stagger him in the last round I think. You're a good troll I'll give you that.
