It would be too difficult to keep quiet to the public never mind to Froch. There's everyone in the gym plus sparring partners that need to be kept quiet. Can't see it myself. Plus surely press are going to be pushing groves about his new trainer? If he can't say who he's with then he's obviously still with Booth

On the flip side, it is plausible that this has happened. Groves is in line for a legitimate world title against one of the very best. Booth is spending all his time with haye who is in against a domstic fighter in a non-title affair.

Not buying it yet but I coukd understand his frustration

It's a quiet gym though, very few fighters and sparring partners can be paid off to keep their mouth's shut. It wouldn't surprise me to see Groves go abroad for a training camp and he'll be able to find someone to say they're training him, when in reality it's Booth.

The notion that Groves is not getting any attention from Booth seems a little strange to me.

There are 8 full weeks from Haye fighting to Groves' fight. A top class fighter will have 8-12 weeks of training camp prior to a fight. For a 12 week camp for Groves there is only a four week overlap.

For just four weeks, does Booth really not have sufficient time to spend with Groves? If he is with Haye for 4-5 hours a day then that leaves plenty of time during those 4 weeks to allow Groves to get ample focus.

Would they really have such a major bust up before such a major fight over a few hours here and there for a four week period?

I not a clue but wouldn't be surprised if Groves wasn't happy and even saying he wasn't gettin enough attention?
I know it's happened in many a gym over the years

Whether he has or hasn't makes no difference, Froch will brutalise Groves.

Mouth. Soap. Wash mouth out with.
x2
amazing to me you can bad mouth a real fighter who has taken on the who's who of the division no ducking just tough tests.
SOm eof you really need to look at yourselves as boxing fans.

who cares what he says out to the ring he backs it up in bucketloads inside.
Blah blah blah J, I think Froch is an amazing fighter who I cheer on every time.
Put a mic in front of him and he comes across like a tit sometimes. This doesn't mean I hope he loses or makes him any less of a fighter.

Be good to know if anyone has seen George on his way to the Hayemaker gym to once and for all put a stop over whether this is true or not.

I would imagine he is no were near there with Haye fight coming up and training elsewhere, why would he be there, seriously? Plus the press cameras are not allowed in the gym. PLUS the other guys likely to break this is a load of bollocks wind up is Skysports who I am sure do not want to look twats since they ran the split story multiple times.

Where is he training at the moment then? Someone must be able to see him out and about. It's an easy story to know if it is true or not once he gets spotted a few times. The thing is I'm starting to believe it may be true.... :KO:

I heard Froch and McCracken have split. My postman mentioned it this morning, but I take it with a pinch of salt, it could be just a psychological ploy

Skysports are wrong on a regular basis, if it quotes sky sources, it's usually bullshit.
