How Great is Good........

* Alonzo Johnson did no worse than a Draw with Cassius Clay.

* Doug Jones did not worse than a Draw with Cassius Clay.

* If Henry Cooper landed that left hook 15-Seconds earlier, Cassius would have been 'Flipping Burgers in Louisville'

* Joe Frazier 'owned' Cassius' ribs after the 'Fight of the Century'

* Kenny Norton owned Cassius' jaw after their bout in San Diego.

* Kenny did no worse than a Draw in the rematch.

* Jimmy Young 'beat' Muhammad Ali.

* Antonio Inoki won the Martial Arts Bout in Japan.

* Kenny Norton in Yankee Stadium, fought bad and still won in everybody's eyes, except '3' Blind Mice.

* Leon Spinks {with all 7-Bouts under his belt}, beat the Hell out of Muhammad Ali.

* Larry Holmes had a Field Day, like shooting Fish in a Barrel.

* Trevor Berbick, paid to take it easy on Muhammad, wins going away.
Which is why although great, Clay was overrated as a fighter as well.

Your whining, idol worship, and harassment will be missed. I am sure of it.

I wish you the best.

Now you've done it, you've exposed just how evil, and without scruples he was. He attempted to kidnap a child....on camera!!!

Space Mountie and Ill Doochie have all the evidence they ever need to continue their character assassination.

Wow, how mature you are with your name calling. There is no need to take it out on others just because you are so easily manipulated.

Please respect me. I respect you.

Same person? There is a rule against that. Very strictly enforced. What evidence do you have of this alarming and concerning allegation?

By the way, I can check the IP addresses, but if you send me on this time consuming mission, and you are wrong, how will you atone for your false assertion? Will you apologize to these fine upchucking...uh I mean upstanding gentlemen if you are wrong?

I suspect they may be related, but I'd be surprised to find out one was a doppelganger.

WOW,

A 233 lb. 'pudgy' Muhammad Ali avoids a '21-Punch' flurry from an 18 1/2 year-old Michael Dokes.

Michael, at 6' 2" and 200 lbs., and with all '5' Professional bouts under his best was asked to help Muhammad
look good for National Television.

"Staged, Set and Match"

Your chronology is wrong.
Your accusation is wrong.
And Dokes was doing his best. So.....Wrong again.

Care to go best 4 out 7?

I can assure you I am not "related" to anyone here.

However, I consider us all brothers.

Well that would make you somewhat considerate, in the most literal of terminology.

Steer me there. I want to talk boxing, and the increasing blend of fiction and mindless hate trolling here is a long way from that

I have a safe journey. May you lessen the hate you have along the way.

You're mistaking boredom for hate. I don't hate you, I don't mind that you disagree about Ali as a fighter, I don't mind that you have strong feelings about him as a man. I mind that so many ludicrous threads on the subject infest the forum, and that threads get overrun with this sort of nonsense. I also mind the making up of "facts" when you're using your other account.

Before you went on this run, Ali discussion made up perhaps 5% of this forum. More than any other fighter? Maybe, but heavies are always over represented, and he's bound to come up. Now, getting on for a third of the live threads are about him, despite the fact that there's so little that hasn't been said before. Let's talk about Pernell Whittaker, or Kirkland Laing, or Billy Miske. I'm sick to the back teeth of coming in and finding yet another "Ali ducked Jack Dempsey" or "Ali governed several South American Countries" out Ali colluded to fix Hagler/Hearns" thread. He's far from a perfect human being, he got a couple of hometown decisions, he could have been nicer. Other boxers are also available

I'm not quite sure what rambled on and on about here, but I hope it has brought you closer to finding peace.

Following the loss to Larry Holmes.

'I was beaten badly.'

Never heard that comment from Ali following the fight.

Pretty amazing that a 35 year old Ali, clearly passed his best, still make a mug out of a teenage rated prospect. Confidence no other heavy would show past their best
